Early days yet, but the doors and windows seem good. The fitter was really good, and grafted for several hours.
However, the salesman promised that the windows and doors would be fitted in 2 weeks and said Crystal were the only company who could promise this. I had another quote which was 500 pounds cheaper but they could not install until the week before Christmas. I decided to pay the extra 500 pounds with Crystal so I could have the installed earlier. In the end, Crystal could only install the week before Christmas after cancelling installation twice. The product is good but I wish I had gone with the other company and saved myself 500 pounds.
