Have just had windows and doors fitted by Bill Moore Windows and Doors. We received a friendly,professional service from the first meeting when we selected what we wanted to the last meeting when Bill personally checked every window and door to ensure they met his high standards and that we were satisfied. The team arrived on time,were very friendly and did a superb job.

They took great pride in their work,and this certainly showed in the finish on the windows and doors. They also cleared up any mess made. Overall the best customer service we have received. Would certainly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Bill Moore and the team.

Oh my goodness, I could not recommend Bill and his fitter enough. They are courteous, hard-working, honest, reliable, and amazing value for money. I knew as soon as I met Bill that I was in safe hands, and he explained everything to me clearly, and ensured I had all I needed at a really fab cost.

He initially did all my windows, but I’m so impressed I’m now getting him to fit a composite door and do my gutters and down pipes etc.

I’m very rarely this impressed with tradespeople, finding that they’re so high in demand they can do a mediocre job and still have business!

This is not the case with Bill! High in demand through recommendation and website, PLUS is a perfectionist and has old school trade values!

As a single female have had some horrendous experiences with contractors and work they have carried out. When I first approached this company he gave me a price and stated what his standards of work he expects from his staff team. The quote was very fair and I signed up paying the deposit required. AS promised the team arrived to fit my windows and doors in the date that was agreed. He also arrived to make sure the order was correct and his team knew what was required. I explained felt very unwell. They gave me loads of reassurance and advised I go to bed. They worked throughout the day. They did loads on this first day and I started to feel reassured and trustful to this team. The rest of the week I was still unwell. He still continued to work to a high standard. We had friendly chats. The last day he came to ensure all work was completed to a high standard, meticulously inspecting each window and door. He asked me on several occasions if I was happy and any problems to always contact him.

Not only am I delighted with work completed and the service I was promised was delivered, but also more important The team were respectful and as a single female this is greatly valued.

They look great and numerous strong locks ensure security. We love the anthracite grey colour, along with the chrome furnishings.
