We asked this company to do a kitchen makeover for us , they said it would take 3 days and gave us all of the reassuring sales patter .

They actually took over a month to do the job , ruining our Christmas.

They cocked the job up from day one by ordering the wrong parts , they then went on to make mistake after mistake and when we rang them we were promised call backs which just didn't happen .

Ordering from this company was the worst decision we ever made and I recommend anyone to steer well clear of apple(NE).

after care is terrible my conservatory was great but they had concreted over a drain and the owener was very unhelpfull finaly got it sorted with a lot of phone calls and stress
