The build quality of their products are utterly terrible. We has three sash windows fitted October 2018 ( all the front of the house). The quality of everything is cheap including the ultra thin plastic frames. The windows are already faulty because they did not fit the retraning arms proberly when the window hinges open. The windows were expensive but are complete cheap rubbish !

Also all the screws that attach the retraining arms and the ones that hold the windows in place just spin around in the cheap crappy plastic frame. I am shocked at how bad their products are. Big regret was not going with Homelink as we planned because they dont have the overheads are a large useless company like anglian. AVOID ANGLIAN !!!

I have just had a door and window replaced...rude fitters, no attention to my home..left with broken glass and oily walls to clean, door quality shoddy and still ringing in an Attempt to get it fixed. Avoid them...only interested in money.
