We had AGS windows fitted in 2011, the work was ok, fitters were friendly and didn't make too much mess. Rang them yesterday because front door has dropped so doesn't close properly. Have now found out that because we weren't offered an insurance backed guarantee our guarantee is worthless! As they went into administration the firm that bought them doesn't have to honour any guarantees.
So when they sent us a letter saying we were a valued customer and that we ' already have a good idea of the high levels of service and customer satisfaction' they provide I thoughtbit was a bit of a joke ! How can they get away with this when they're still trading under the same name? Beware, I would not use them.
