Pebble Beach is one of my favourite restaurants located in Baton-on-Sea near the New Forest and Christchurch in Dorset. It overlooks the sea and in the summer you can sit outside to enjoy the views. These can also be enjoyed through the large windows that open up on to the outdoor eating area. However that main attraction is definitely the food!! On arrival you are usually invited to take a seat at the bar and enjoy a drink. Your waiter will then come and carry your drinks to your table. The kitchen is completely open and you can even sit at stools literally feet from the chefs. It is all beautifully decorated inside and the staff have always been immaculate. I have probably been here 7 or 8 times and i think once (perhaps) I have managed to drag myself away from the fillet steak option. It is just so good! Mainly a fish restaurant, there are plenty of other options. Among the treats that I have sampled on lunch time and evening visits have been Gravlax, Monk fish stir fry, lemon sole, pea puree with bacon and scallops.....drool! But the steak is amazing. At £25 you would expect it to be, big as your fist and always perfectly cooked. Great place for a treat meal.
