Ordering online

Attempted to order a washing machine online when I had completed order and went to payment after filling in details system would not accept delivery address, the house number was unacceptable, tried several times to no avail contacted customer services and was passed from sales to ordering back to sales but the common statement was “ I cant help you with this If you would please hold i will pass-you on to another department” i became upset and asked if they actually wanted to sell me the machine to which the reply was we don't do sales on this line you need to go to our website. I was then told off for raising my voice and cut off .
Not an outstanding experience when all i wanted was help with my address!
