We have purchased a Samsung 55", from Comet due to our previous Samsung being dark at the bottom and predominantly red all over. The new on delivered last Friday has shaded corners and red extremes when the lesser red is showing. This is why we replaced it.I have been trying to get in touch early in the morning.
They have no humanoids only machines that give you the run-around.Like Sky, if one could speak to an engineer to go through some basic posabilities.
I can't give my telephone no. to you because I am prevented from doing so. Please do not tell me it is cheap. I still want to watch it. Our last Samsung was fine for 10years, until the same problems started and we bought this one. Have a I had or poor model supplied to me?
