Happy Cockapoo Puppy

We brought home a cockapoo puppy at the end of December and very quickly started weekly 1-2-1 training sessions with a trainer. This gave our puppy a great starting point with the simplest obedience skills such as knowing his own name, sit and down. Little Fred then went to stay with another trainer for a 2 week intensive boarding course and he did brilliantly. We received daily updates and photos to let us know how he was getting on. We then had two handover lessons after Fred's stay to train us humans. I think it's important to keep in mind that the training doesn't end when the dog comes home. It is still a lot of hard work to keep it up and reinforce the behaviours learned during a workshop or a residential stay. We have found the process challenging but very rewarding. We adore our little Fred and look forward to attending some workshops with him in the future. Thank you both trainers!
