Paid good money (euro650) for what I thought was a high quality dishwasher! The heater pump blew after three years. New part costs 165 + labour to put in. The quality is not in these brands any more. I will be buying a cheaper brand. The post purchase Service is non existent. You are wasting your time contacting them via phone or email. By phone, they told me send an email. I have sent emails a month ago and two weeks ago. No response other than the automated email.
