“On switch failed. Customer care don’t care.”

The machine cleans ok but is very badly let down by the fact that you have to press the “on” switch at least twice and sometimes up to 5 times just to turn the machine on. Meile service department have told us that this is a built in design fault and will do nothing about it despite their engineer assuring us that it will be fixed. We purchased Meile despite the high price tag because we thought it was a good brand with good customer care. How wrong we were. Will never buy Meile products again.
