Beko Dishwasher

I’ve always been pleased with quiet efficiency of my Beko dishwasher. However, both baskets have rusted out before I’ve even needed a service call. Replacement cost of baskets is over $200, a very poor investment given that the machine could then start to malfunction. It looks as though I have to buy a new dishwasher when the old one is still working perfectly! This is very poor quality, well disguised at purchase.

Absolute nightmare!

BEKO customer service is atrocious. I had a leak in my dw603 dishwasher and it ruined my flooring. Beko sent an engineer who confirmed it was a manufacturing fault and gave me paperwork to confirm this. When I claimed for my flooring the head office said it wasn't a manufacturing fault after it had been confirmed by their own engineer!. It took them six weeks to reach this conclusion!

I then asked them for a deadlock letter to which emmy from the head office replied "that's something we don't do". What a joke! Head office staff very incompetent

Stay away. Pay a little extra and go for quality and good customer service.

BEKO DW603 DISHWASHER PURCHASE BUT NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED,WHEN LOADING BOTTOM TRAY BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT GROOVES FOR THE RUNNERS TO RUN IN SO WHEN LOADED JUST FULLS OF INTO CENTRE OF MACHINE AND WHEN LOADED IS A NIGHTMARE TO LIFT BACK IN LINE DUE TO THE WEIGHT AND ANGLE TO RELINE ,BUT WHAT WAS MORE ANNOYING CUSTOMER SERVICES DENIAL THERE"S A PROBLEM ,SO I THOUGHT IM GOING MAD UNTIL I GOOGLE THE PROBLEM AND YES THERE WAS 100s ALL SAYING THE SAME PROBLEM...

I bought a Beko dishwasher 6 months ago. Very cheap to buy, looks good & works perfectly. Really pleased with it! Would buy other Beko products in the future!

I ordered a beko dishwasher after seeing great reviews on the product. I must admit I am not easy to please but from start to finish have been well impressed with the service and communication with this company. The delivery team (395) were very polite and brought my dishwasher right through to the kitchen. I ordered it on the Monday and it was up and working on the Wednesday which was the most convenient to me as I was out on the Tuesday... Would highly recommend and would certainly use this company again.
