Absolute nightmare!
BEKO customer service is atrocious. I had a leak in my dw603 dishwasher and it ruined my flooring. Beko sent an engineer who confirmed it was a manufacturing fault and gave me paperwork to confirm this. When I claimed for my flooring the head office said it wasn't a manufacturing fault after it had been confirmed by their own engineer!. It took them six weeks to reach this conclusion!
I then asked them for a deadlock letter to which emmy from the head office replied "that's something we don't do". What a joke! Head office staff very incompetent
Stay away. Pay a little extra and go for quality and good customer service.
