Have spoke to three different operators and one especially(pity I can't name him was absolutely brilliant and professional helped put me at ease after speaking to 2 other big name suppliers who were not very nice to me.I now have a very good deal from sky and at last can watch my sports live .yippee the only down side is that it took me nearly all day on and off to speak to the online operator but do respect the fact they were exceptionally busy today. I knew what to expect as I had spoken on the phone three days to A very good operator who got me an engineer out on bank holiday Monday who was excellent by the way.downside I was without nearly all my programmes for nearly four weeks and i I've lost all my recorded programmes when the engine eer finished
