This has been an excellent camera, but the flash doesn't appear to work now. Does this mean something needs replacing? Another problem that has developed is that my laptop no longer recognises the picture card, either the current one in use or others. Because of this problem I have attempted to view pictures and transfer them to my computer by using the camera/computer lead, but my computer doesn't recognise the camera. Do I need a download for this to happen? I would be grateful of any help as I have some important pictures to load on my computer. It used to work very well as soon as I inserted the picture card it would come up on the screen with options. I run Windows 7 Professional. Thank you
