i purchased a camera from flir and it became faulty on taking it back and having it looked at by a rep at eco build 2012 .The item was found not to being able to charge the unit the rep took it from me delivering it to flir west malling england . This where the problems started .flir then phoned me saying rep had got it wrong it was not under warrenty demanding £250.00 TO INVESTAGETE fault which was already tested and found by rep .So I asked for camera back to date from march 2012 this has not happened correct on 18feb2012 Every time i asked i either got cut off or was put through to someone who did not know or care about this matter recomend i don;t thinks so
