It works!

I got the nutracheck app at the beginning of the year to really focus on the weight I had slowly put on over the last few years which lockdown made worse. I have never paid for any weight loss method before now and compared so many options before I committed. I am 3 months using the app, counting calories and I have lost 12 lbs so far and now have a Bmi in the healthy range. I will continue to lose a bit more before I switch to maintain mode. The app is easy to use and suits any type of target you want from losing, gaining maintaining or the 5 2 diet or 5 a day etc , I simply used it to lose weight and I have lost the weight, at a sloop ace then expected but everybody is different and it did work
