I have tried so many diets and none were sustainable. So I thought I would try something different and came across this app. I have currently lost 3 stone in 9 months (during lockdown!!)!! I can still eat treats without having to stick to a “max limit” as with other diets.

What I love most about the app is it prompts you to exercise more. If I want that treat do more steps by going for a walk and I earn more calories to eat.

I couldn’t be happier with this app and my progress this year.
