Lost weight with Nutra Check & feel great

I first used Nutra Check to get my weight down for my daughters wedding, it was great, I lost the weight and was able to get into the dress I’d bought and felt good. Over the lockdown I’d put in weight and looked 3 months pregnant, I didn’t feel comfortable in most of my clothes. So I set a realistic target. I have just lost 3lb and feel fitter, healthier and not pregnant.

You can eat anything you like but keep to the calories given, sometimes I go over but that’s fine as long as that’s not everyday. Loved that you can search for anything and it’s there. I have regular food so that it saved so it’s easy to find, but you can search easily and it remembers what you have so it’s often at the top of the list. No weighing stuff or counting calories. I don’t bother with the fat, sugar but you can measure that if you want to .
