I have struggled to lose weight but since using nutracheck I have found it so much easier. You can see where the hidden calories are when you input your daily foods and it makes you more aware . I have found it really easy to use and would definitely recommend it to people wanting to lose weight and also it will help you to maintain your weight. I now think twice before snacking as that’s where you do not realise how many calories you can consume.
