The app is really easy to use. The foods database is very comprehensive and the ability to scan barcodes makes food entry easy.
I like the building recipes function.
Lots of support available if you want or need it.
Having a food diary is the only way I can successfully lose weight and Nutracheck is by far the best way I have found to do this.
