i have now been without my cooker for 11 days waiting for engineer took 6days waiting for spare parts took another 5 days after phoning the shop and sending 5 emails to customer services all very nice and polite on the phone and promising a loan cooker as soon as the phone goes down you are forgotten they dont even ring you back

Who else would offer a loan cooker! Bet you weren't paying for the engineer or the parts either? Just seems to me like they are trying, which is more than you get from some other shops.
