MINCED FISH in the fish finger sandwiches. Appalling. Is this what they think is acceptable? DON'T EAT HERE!! Staff were lovely though

ME AND MY SON TIMMY WENT TO ASDA CAFFE AND GOT PRTIME AND FISH FINGERS IT WAS SK BAD THE NEXT DAY WE GOT FOOD POISINING AND MY SON IS NOW DEAD I WILL NEVER BE GOIGN TO THIS ASDA CAFE EVER FOREVER NEVER EVER AGAIN AND YOU ARE NOT INVITED TO MY SONS FUNERAL HAHA PS I SAW LILLY SMOKING IN THE CAFE!!!!!!!! JOHNN GAVE MY SON CIGS I HATEQ YIOU ITS SO OVERRI CED

What a waste of money, both me and my partner asked for an all day brunch. To our surprise our food was out 30 seconds later, the sausages and bacon had definitely been sat, it tasted like it was made last week, it was impossible to cut, if you tried to cut the bacon it would fly off your plate. The beans were cold, the chips were triple cooked but not the way you may be thinking, they were cooked a long time ago and put in the frier to heat for 30 seconds before going on our plate, each chip added a new scratch to my throat. The freshest thing on our plate was our eggs. Only 2 members of staff, dirty tables and a lot of unhappy customers sat around us. Very disappointed.

After bisiting asda cafe yesterday I felt I have to make a comment. Capuchino coffee was in a sachet ,served in a cardboard cup as there were no clean cups!! A member of staff was complaining about a customer in front of my daughter using baf language and saying she would swing for her. Not acceptable in hospitality and I think your staff need training in public service. Needles to say we will not be visiting your cafe again !!

I went to Guiseley asda cafe for a tea and current tea cake there was 1 teabag in the tea pot I waited 2 minutes but it was terrible very pale I then took it back and said I couldn’t drink this as it was too weak I was told I should have waited longer I was offered another tea bag but the tea tasted awful I was given 3 small butters for my tea cake that just wasn’t enough 4 butters would have been sufficient

To the manager, and all her staff at Brynmawr Asda…Thank you. I love taking my grandchildren there to eat. All the staff are so friendly and kind, and always have a smile on their faces and are more than happy to help. The café is run so efficiently and it’s always clean, with no empty trays left on tables as the staff clear it away straight away. They constantly sweep the floors and wipe the tables down, which gives me peace of mind that it is clean and safe to bring my grandchildren to eat. Thank you so much for all your hard work, It is definitely appreciated by myself and my family. I would definitely recommend the Asda Brynmawr café to everybody.

Arrived just before 2pm (open til 4) and decided to order 2 jacket potatoes. I fancied the sound of Chicken & bacon - but this filling was not available and apparently never had been along with other items on the menu - so the girl serving was quick to point out. 'I don't know why its on there at all'. So we decided to go for a couple of Jackets with cheese and beans. Were then sent to the till and we ordered a couple of coffees. This came to £12.90 (not cheap by supermarket cafe standards) but they were unable to take card apparently 'there's a note as you come in in you read it' so my partner traipsed off to the cash machine to obtain the necessary cash. In the meanwhile I was advised 'there's only one jacket potato' no apology no alternative so as my partner wasn't there I said ok we will just have the coffee. A scowl and tut had me advising them that they could keep the coffee as well! I don't think I have ever had such appalling service at a cafe, the Attitude was just the icing on the cake! Poor management with poor signs and no service. Asda lost the shop i would have done afterwards and I will not use the cafe again Following this debacle we went into Kendal town cetre and ordered the same items which cost £8.90 (more than £4 less than Asda), Excellent coffee and service with a smile. I know where I will be going for lunch first next time!!

Asda cafe - Straiton! Went for a day out and decided to come here for some lunch. Always enjoying my weekly experience at Galashiels store I thought I would give Straiton at try!! I was wrong! Food was cold, chips half cooked, the place was a mess, food was not displayed nicely, hairs found in food!! I would not recommend coming here for lunch. Asda cafe in Galashiels has been the best, so I will stick to them from now on.
