I can not review the actual diffuser because Sainsonic never sent my order. I ordered 3 diffusers on 9/23/13 and paid via credit card. I was sent a paypal confirmation even though I did not use Paypal (ALWAYS USE PAYPAL) I notified Sainsonic to inquire why I was confirmed through Paypal. They told me everything was fin no problem. I never received a tracking or shipping notification after 3 weeks so I sent another email. They gave me an invalid tracking number. I sent another email. I reiceived a tracking number finally that worked. When I tracked, it had just then been accepted by postal for shipment! I sent another email. They apologized for the delay and thanked me for my understanding. GEEEEZ! So still don't have my order and Paypal has no record of the email. I am working with them on fraud against Sainsonic. Be Warned.
