Hi all. I really don't understand why people are still using this company when you can get better Ser ice from step change for free. I have just become debt free after 5 years thanks to step change if I had stayed with this company I would probably still have over a year to go. Still can't believe I let them steel £300 for a set up fee for doing nothing as I cancelled before they had set anything up. They were very sneaky when I told them I was cancelling and made sure they did not highlight the fact I would still be charged the fee so I had not cancelled my direct debit. I have just asked them for a copy of the contract to send to the FO as I hope they will do something

Their processes were smooth and easy to follow, they don't constantly inundate you with calls and emails. A better company to help you manage your debt I can't imagine. Highly recommended.

I began using 123 debt solutions just over 3yrs ago. At a very stressful time for me they took that all away, they have been very helpful to me and supported me if i was struggling to make a payment. I would recommend this company to anyone as a way of getting yourself out of debt.

took out my payment plan 18 months ago. service from start to finish was exceptional. Advised me at every step what was going on with my account and when my creditors were being paid. also advised what creditors were accepted and the online access tool was a massive help in what was paid and how much. Everything was clear and transparent and dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Top stuff guys and thank you for all of your help in paying off my outstanding debts!!!

I found working with 123 very easy and I was well looked after from the start. I didn't have any problems with creditors when on my plan. Any problems I had I just called in and got everything sorted. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling with debt.

was in a lot of debt went to 123 at the start everything was great as time went on and I got down only to a few creditors I was told that I needed to do my year review and I was in my 49day termination period if the review was not done so i wanted to manage my debt directly rather than paying a fee to 123 so 100% of my money went on to my debt 123 started to block me telling when I had called in that they had no information on my ref/account numbers to the creditors so i called the creditor and went through trying to find my information out with them witch was not easy as i have moved a few times anyway after sorting a payment plan with them and them agreeing to keep the interest frozen i still needed my information for three creditors i rang back 123 and asked them to give it me they said they would give me the information for a £10 and they was trying everything in there power to keep me from leaving which was funny as it was them telling me there going to quit if i dont do my review anyhow they added that they will need a last payment of £31.50 also went on telling me how they got the interest frozen and so on very rude on the phone since i have been with them they have earned £ 1,600 in fees off me i think they just want to keep people here for there money as most of the things they do is no papaer work all calls anyway bank transfer dont be fooled watch out

i was in so much debt and very depressed and feeling low and 123 debt helped me .i was assainged a man who helped me through the whole of my term to get me debt free .all staff are very polite and and go all out to help you .i have finished now and paid all my debts off now and feel like a massive weight has been lifted thanks to 123 debt solutions .thankyou to the person I dealt with the support i recived was 5star .

From the beginning of taking out my plan right up to the final payment over approximately 5 years, the customer service of 123 Debt Solutions has been faultless. The team always treated me with respect which , particularly at the beginning was so important as I felt really embarrassed that I had got myself into such a mess. The last 4-5 months of my plan I had regular contact either by text or telephone which I found very useful & the team were always courteous and helpful. The client portal was a great way for me to access my account which gave all the current information of my creditors. I would highly recommend 123 Debt Solutions!! Thanks to 123 debt management for getting all my debts in order and making my monthly payments easy to manage so I could live aswell as pay them off so today after a few years I am now debt free they are always at the end of the phone and helpful and friendly staff

Really friendly and helpful felt like they bent over backwards to help I would definitely be recommending it to people.

Decent company unbiased advice helpful and human overall very pleased with the service yes you pay a fee for their input but they are good at what they do and i feel it was worth it =) only negative would be various people picking things up without getting up to speed first which can be frustrating but we are all human and small oversights happen

I wouldn't use this company again ,their fees to manage your plan are extortionate ,I sent them written notice to cancel my agreement over a month ago ,in contract says 28 days so should be cancelled but today just recieved email asking me when I'm going to be paying them next as it is them I'm paying not the creditors as I've seen barely no difference in my balance so barely any money what I'm paying them being disbursed to creditors.going in their pockets. They may sound nice and friendly but they do harass you quite a bit even when you have kept them up to date with things. I've now found new company who are better plus no fees to handle my plan. I'd steer well clear of 123 but everyone's different so your choice if stick with them.

I got into the payday loan debt cycle through depression.I found 123 debt solutions through an online search as I was to embarrassed to speak to anyone face to face. After finding the willpower to phone them I found the first person I spoke to so understanding and non judgmental. That was the first night in ages I slept most of the night. After a couple more calls a financial statement and signed over power to act on my behalf,I was told to stop worrying as they now had control of my creditors. Yes there is a fee but for the small amount a month for being able to forget the nasty evil letters and calls I was receiving it is a price worth paying. I am now nearly at the end of my plan and if it wasn't for 123 I hate to think what I could have lost. If you are in debt and feel there is no way out just call them.They do not pressure you into anything just advise what options are available. Just want to say steer clear of this money grabbing company just gi to one of the free debt charities they have better trained staff and are really there to help you and not them selves . If you have had bad experience with this company get details out on social media and stop people in need being taken for idiots by this deceitful company
