To start with, I have blocked users but they appear all over searches, so not blocked from sight, just blocked to see their profile details, which isn't what blocking should mean.

Customer service is non-existent, even when they offer you that someone will get back to you & then doesn't.

The search allows for up to 100 miles, then it jumps to anywhere in the world & it seems that only Australians are allowed to join outside of the UK.

Shammers are rife & the site doesn’t do anything about reports that has evidence about them, because you have no contact & no way to send anything in.

Being a free site on a computer, isn’t the same on an app for a phone or tablet, because while you still don’t pay, you’re forced to watch adverts to see the full site, which no doubt earns the owners money, but isn’t right if it’s completely free! If you don’t watch the adverts, you can’t see any part of the site & I believe it’s been done like that to generate them money only.

I’ve sent hundreds of messages over months & while I always take pride in what I type out, many women either ignore them or, don’t ever sign in again.

Someone looks at my profile right now & then when I click on their profile, the site states they haven’t logged in for 10 days! It’s not possible & yet it happens way too much.

Don't get me started on the search page that starts at 20 woemn, where you can up it to 100 women & guess what, 20 women stay showing only.

1 positive is that I’ve met a real lady in these months & we chat everyday & visit each other twice a week so far, but it’s friends only. I still have a lot to offer a lady, but I don’t think this site will ever lead me to her with all it’s flaws.

I’m very surprised at how few local contacts there are on the site. It is a very good platform and should actually be the busiest dating site on the net as it is FREE. It is genuine, easy to navigate and with some form of promotion, it could be superb. Given time, it will happen

I have made a friend, which is really nice. She is the only one I'm in contact with and although we've only met once we do message everyday. I did meet someone from Russia to and I would recommend in hindsight to just be careful about anyone who asks for your email. However, my friend is a lovely lady 78 yes old, so we older people can make a good friend still. So go on just try it nothing to lose just be careful. Enjoy

Don’t even waste your time with this site, I had plenty of people messaging me offering their email to chat. In other words as soon as they have your email they can access details like PayPal, banking apps, Facebook etc. Avoid like the plague…

Completely Free Dating!, does exactly as it says on the tin, no annoying adds or popups, that I saw. Site is fairly easy to navigate, but some improvements to user experience would be nice. Had a couple of matches, though a "I like you" feature would be nice. Not seen any bots message me, or interact with me ( easy to spot because they add a 18 to 90 age range) but over all a good time was had.

I give it a good 4/5, would recommend!

Although this site is totally free it's annoying that there are so many ads popping up during use. I also find that there are young girls looking for a man 19-90 who leave email addresses to contact them, a dead giveaway. Because it's free I suspect time wasters not looking for a relationship are using it which is a shame for people looking on the site for the right reasons. I like the ethos behind this site and the good intentions but for me at present I have only met freeloaders and no one genuinely looking for a relationship
