Please DO NOT SIGN UP FOR 30 DAY FREE TRIAL. Drop box will charge you $1600 after your free trial and NOT REFUND. They do not help you and terrible to reach on the phone and then when you do get through they will not refund ANYTHING! TERRIBLE. I will be contacting my lawyer.

Have To Close Business Due To Drop Box Fees
I have a very small business and wanted to use Drop Box to make a video to move us forward. I signed in for a single account. Drop box wanted me to sign for 5 subscriptions. I put one, declining the other 4.
A month later I got a bill for 5 subscriptions. I was told I should have signed as a person as the business has a minimum of 5 subscriptions. Drop box refused to waive the fee in any way or work with me to reduce it. I explained to them this this is critical damage to my business and they basically hung up on me.
I made $7000 last year. I am a veteran owned business that works with children, elderly, provides charity for homeless and refugees. $750 is a staggering hit. I have to explain to my school we are closing down as I made an error. Please be careful you don't make the same mistake to be hit with this charge. I have paid a huge price for not looking closely enough at these fees.

I Love Dropbox!
I've been using Dropbox for a while on the free account (5gb I think it is) and then my home NAS server died so I thought Id try using Dropbox for all my file serving needs and upgraded to the 100gb version
I must say it's brilliant.
I can access all my files, wherever I am and it's all secure and safe.
I've also got dropbox on my phone, and it backs up my photos and videos from my phone, which is great. Only draw back of the mobile app is that you have to go into the app for it to realise you've got new photos/videos to upload, which is a little annoying.
I'd highly recommend dropbox to anyone that has got lots of data at home and wants its readily available, secure and backed up.
The 100gb capacity does start to get eaten up with the iPhone 4S high def videos, but I've still got about 55% of the space available, so got a while to go yet.
My wife and I use it more and more as our standard filing system. Good job Dropbox!
Q&A
We are a general contractor and have been using Dropbox for approximately 8 months. My problem is that when we send out drawings and specifications for an invitation to bid a particular project, we have no idea that the subcontractor's representative has received the invitation. How can we track whether they have received the drawings and specifications? Thank you.
