Ordered a GM Haze which was in stock on 17 Nov 2017, and i am still strugling to get shipping details on the 5th of December 2017. Informed that it was sent via Air mail.....after i payed for Courier shipping. They do not keep their customers informed......

Purchased helmet earlier this year, which became faulty. Took back to shop and was accused of buying the helmet elsewhere despite my son clearly informing them it was bought at the start of the season. Terribly arrogant owner. have been a customer for over 30yrs. Take your business elsewhere

I visited the VKS store in Ealing earlier today and found the staff to be very helpful. They were very patient in helping me select a new cricket bat as well as a tennis racket for my son. For both sports they had specialist size charts that showed the correct size and then once my budget was given to them they gave us some options. A very pleasant experience.

After being let down by another well known website, I emailed VKS with some questions on some of the products on their website (which is very easy to use by the way). They replied to my emails almost immediately and after placing my order online, I received my order the very next day. Overall a great experience and I will certainly go back and use VKS again.
