To be fair to this bank I don't have an account with them and have previously had no dealings with them. However, that doesn't excuse them from calling random members of the public to get in touch with them about debt repayments. They failed to identify me despite trying to send me multiple messages, and have failed to recognise any of their mistakes, or apologise.

I wouldn't accept this behaviour from an individual, it definitely isn't acceptable of a company.
