“Typically Disappointing of Tesco”

A family customer for many years, both in the store and of the credit card, we were originally attracted by the ClubCard Points.

Since then, the quality in store of groceries has declined as well as the points gained using the credit card.

More recently, a bad experience has broken the back of this family's good will. We have always paid the credit card's balance in full each month for many years but, unaware of a cut-off, paid the last balance at 9pm.

That induced £60 of interest and £12 late fee.

Tesco's response to our objection was that we shoud have paid before 4pm!
They simply could not see how this just wasn't right.

So, goodbye Tesco, you're fired!

Your points aren't that good these days (but will do).
Your food isn't the best and goes off too quickly (but we'll live with).
Your customer service leaves a bad taste(so enough is enough).

I been with tesco long time but recently very disappointed. They charged me extra as well without notifying me etc.. I alredy good bye tesco ....
