I've been a customer for many years, and have multiple cards with different companies. Typically, I pay off my cards in full each month.
I had a basic query, and just had the most awful, frustrating customer service imaginable. It is such a sharp contrast to American Express.
I'm going to end my account. I just hate the idea of them profiting from me.
This is my first ever customer review - only mbna managed to get me so rattled to do it...
