I requested a refund on a Flybe account 5 weeks ago now. I’ve made 5 calls to get this sorted. Every time I call they say they have looked into it and it would show in 48 hours, 7 days later it’s still not showing. The keep asking for further information and I have to prove that Flybe are in Administration! Totally Joke. A friend who booked the same flight on another Credit card received a refund in 7 days.
Each time I call they have another excuse as to why it hasn’t been administered.
They are saying the interest is frozen on this transaction but I do not believe them.
