Despite having 48 years under my belt and an Excellent Experian credit report, I'm now finding myself refused credit as Noddle cannot find any information about me. Apparently it is my responsibility to contact my banks cc providers etc to share my credit history with noddle (I would have thought that was their job

Don't no how they calculate scores but they will give you a bad one despite having a great score with real credit reference companies. I expect its a ploy to sell their improvement service. Their data on you is dubious to say the least. Heaven only knows why government appointed quangos use this unheard of company to credit check you. As someone who's never missed a bill and has credit thrown at me, I can't work out what these clowns are up to.

Continously and relentless sends out a mulitude of spam. Noddle sells your personal details to 3rd, 4th and 5th parties who also then bombard you with spammy emails. I have unsubscribed a multitude of times from Noddle spam, but still they keep sending spam email from Noddle. I have emailed requesting they stop emailing me. Nothing works. I DO NOT WANT EMAILS FROM NODDLE period. Your new Noddle credit report is ready. ------- Play your cards right. Replying or any other email to Noddle bounces back.

They have my information wrong even though other companies have the correct information. They state I'm not on the electoral role, any idea how difficult it is to get councils do anything ? Since I've never been off the register since the age of 18 and all of the other companies hold the correct information, it would suggest its noddles inputting data that's the problem. Replies from Noddle have been a standard template or down right rude ! Don't use em !

...as your credit history improves your credit score goes down...

This company is terrible. My credit score on all the big firms is fair/good and this is coming up poor almost very poor. I haven't defaulted on any payments for about 3 years and the only thing that has made my drop to fair was because of getting further credit last month. Surely poor would be people that cannot pay debt or are defaulting monthly. The worrying thing is that Halifax are recommending this site for free credit scoring, I'm just hoping they do not use this site themselves as it will affect me getting a lower interest in the next few months. Avoid at all costs!!

having paid off all my loans and my mortgage noddle have now given my a lower score (poor) this is much much lower than the score they gave me when I owed a lot of money.

Tried to register using a bank card I've had for years, the address I've lived at since 1981 and they cannot find me! Total crap!!!

Inaccurate all other agency give me very good to excellent yet these give me very poor? They have also got 2 addresses that ive never lived at one that not even an address. This would be funny its so embarrassing how wrong this company have got it, but they have stopped me getting mortgage never had a problem before and in double figures. Got a mortgage no probs last week, yet the company skipton actually use these fools. Never seen so much bad feedback for a free credit agency., Now they want me to wait 28 days for them to correct address that don't even exist in mean time hhouse purchase is in limbo. Or different mortgage company. PLEASE PLEASE DONT PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES USE A RECOGNISED BRAND WHO ARE YOU ANYWAY NEVER HEARD OF YOU BEFORE???

There seems to be a lot of negative reports, but from my experience the whole thing took 5 mins to setup. I could see everything I could see via Experian, so I cannot see the need to pay £150 per year for a service that is free. The reports are clear, the credit score is clear, there is an eligibility service to verify if and which credit cards or loans are likely to say yes. Credits scores from this type of company are not easily comparable, I'd like to see a common score across all the agencies.

Noddle is easy to use but the score it gives is not accurate. With the same info, it appears to significantly underscore compared to the other agencies, possibly with the intention of encouraging you to use their paid-for service to improve your score.

Same story as most others but I do think they reduce your score for no reason to try and get you to pay for there other services. I have been waiting just over 2 months to find out why my credit score has drastically dropped, they agree it should not have dropped but won't explain why or put my score back to where it should be???

If you know your finances are not the best FORGET these people.

signed up to see my credit score,shocked by what I saw and found out,lots of accounts in default which I had never heard of owing thousands of pounds after clicking onto them I noticed that the address linked to these debts were in cowdenbeath, fife. I have always lived in chester and now Liverpool never ever been there or heard of the place ,then I noticed ladies name was the same as my old name but the date of birth was different ,I couldn't believe it, I was fuming raised disputes on all disputed links and accounts only for emails to come back on saying unfortunately that these can not be changed as they are linked to me in some way and would remain on my file for six years, again explained check dates of birth its not me its somebody else, they have even got an account with a certain bank since 2008 which is up to date and in credit on my file and that again is not me why would I lie,but they still will not change there mind and I am struggling trying to get credit, how can this happen, what can I do ,any help please.

Upon registering it asked for my credit card detail. I was reluctant to give out my security number, however it will not go to the next step without it and it assured me that I will not be charged. When I submitted my requested, it came up with no matches!! I have been at my address for over 10 years! I am really concerned now as I've given out my credit card details. I should have read all these reviews first! I am so annoyed.

This is a very bad company, wrong information and you have someone else name on your credit report. they rank you low credit ranking even you up to date with all your payment. when i check equifax it has all my information and correct credit history and good score ranking. they have mess up my mortgages. very angry please don't use this site otherwise your life is in hell

I decided to sign up for two credit score reports - one was with Noddle. they could not verify I exist so couldn't so a report - however the other one could so I'll just stick with them. Business lost for you Noddle - shame.
