The amazing decision that ever happens. It's unbelievable, the true beauty of a place.

I am just back from staying in the Bragdy Wern accommodation at Wern Fawr Manor Farm. It sleeps ten people and we found it to be very clean and extremely comfortable with a really well equipped kitchen. The house was lovely and warm and we didn't even light the wood-burner in the living room. That will be a must when we return in a few months because it will be so cosy. The location is beautiful: although it's actually not far from 'civilisation' it feels remote enough to be peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. We had elderly people and a young baby in our party and it suited everyone. One final word about 'customer service'. What really prompted me to write this review was the exceptional service we received. This is a family run concern and that really showed in the care and attention we were given. We had asked for a travel cot and highchair but forgot to ask for a stair gate - no problem, they came straight over to fit one for us.  We noticed that the  DVD remote didn't work and, having notified our hosts, a brand new DVD player was brought over and fitted within a few hours. The family were just lovely and so welcoming that we had no hesitation in asking them any questions we had or in telling them about the problem with the DVD player. We loved it so much that we're returning for Christmas and my in-laws actually extended this most recent trip by an additional four days. Beautiful location; clean and comfortable accommodation; exemplary customer service.
