BaltiBoy.com is a small recipe site that specialises in vegetarian curries using Quorn. So far there aren't many recipes but the ones that are there are simply excellent. As a vegetarian I have been frustrated with the quality of receipes that use Quorn as an ingredient. Coupled with this is the fact that there aren't any decent Indian food recipes that use Quorn. This is where BaltiBot.com comes in and so far it has not dissapointed. I have tried all the recipes on the site and every one has been excellent, the instructions are clear and there are also some tips on how to handle the Quorn product within the recipe. On the down side, there are currently not many receipes but I suspect that will change. There are also no photos at the moment but I also beleive they will be coming shortly. Overall I can definitely recommend BaltiBoy.com if you like curries, even if you are not a vegetarian you will be sure to like these dishes.
