I ordered a card which took one month to come after using it for 3 to 4 weeks they blocked my card and after contacting them they asked me to provide identification sent them with the email which they provided after sending them 100 time still saying they haven’t recieved it then used my wife email incase something wrong with mine still saying haven’t recieved it then spoke to them on phone and gave me postal adress where i sent all my orignal documents with fist class recorded delivery… Read Full Review

Totally unprofessional. When they do answer the phone (eventually_, passed from one person to the other. I requested a change of address on several occasions, staff too impatient to await answers to security questions so I was deemed a security risk; now unable to change my address and all statements going to previous address for past 5 months. After being a satisfied customer for many years I now find the level of service totally unacceptable. 12 days ago whilst trying to pay for my shopping in Waitrose I discovered that my card had been blocked for no apparent reason. I rang the customer service department who confirmed the account had been blocked but would not give me any information as to why and said I would just have to wait for a call from the investigation dept. I had been a long time customer of Asda Credit Card. I had always paid on time and kept within my credit limit. As I did not owe them any money I decided to transfer £600 from a store card on 0% APR for 12 months. 72 hours later I received an email ( not even a phone call) telling me that my request had been declined.
