Dear Natwest, I totally disagree with the new design of the new Debit Mastercard. All details on one side now including the security code. Now, it just makes it easier for people to commit fraud. Dreadful Bank, dreadful Customer Service. I had a new credit card which due to problems activating it and for first use of card i have cut up card and binned account now closed before it was ever used. phone customer services on Saturday and told someone will get back to me in the next 24 hours. i am still waiting.the Worst Bank i have ever dealt with… Read Full Review
The new John Lewis Partnership Card provider New Day is terrible. What used to be a wonderful card has become useless in every possible way. Being charged interest on a bill I never received. App often 'under maintenance' so it's not possible to make payments. Awful customer service. Misleading requests for small payments rather than the entire bill. I have switched to Amex. I was struggling with my credit score and got pre-approved for a Vanquis card. Got 0% interest for the first 12 months and my credit score seemed to improve, since then they keep offering me the chance to increase my credit and windows for 0% balance transfers, but I think they do charge a monthly fee of around £9.
