BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a fridge freezer and within 3 weeks it was faulty. I called HE customer services and was subjected to a very abrupt and sarcastic advisor. Long story short, they agreed to collect the fridge and then emailed to state that they would not, this has been ongoing until I had to report to the Financial Ombudsman. We received a present of your smoked fishes a couple of weeks before Christmas. The salmon paupiettes were delicious, but the salmon pates tasted off , even though well within the use by date and the smoked trout and tuna were inedible. We gave them to the dogs!… Read Full Review

Do not shop here for Xmas stuff. Paid for delivery for Xmas decoration, 2-3 days promised, but 10 days later nothing has showed up and no tracking number and we’re now in mid December!. This was ordered well ahead of the Royal Mail strike. I’ve applied for a refund, I’ve read the reviews and apparently it’s not their strong point, some have said be prepared to be ignored and chase! AVOID this company at all costs. They allow anyone to open accounts in your name but with a strange address, without doing the proper ID and address checks. And then wrongfully add info to your credit file affecting your credit score!!! They then refuse to accept responsibility for their actions, refuse to admit they were at fault and refuse to uphold the complaint lodged with them.
