First time buyer of Chester Jefferies gloves and now a convert! Well made, great fitting and the leather is absolutely beautiful. To illustrate just how good they are: I bought them to replace a near identical pair of plain black leather gloves by another brand - they are so good that friends and colleagues have spotted them at 20 yards and commented on how nice they are! Poor customer service. Ordered some socks and there was a problem with the address. Sockshop use Royal Mail - who are useless and haven't delivered or returned the order a month later. Sockshop refuses to contact Royal Mail to help change the address or arrange for it to be returned. Won't be using them again… Read Full Review

Utterly dreadful company to deal with. I am shocked. Years ago they were well-respected. I regret going anywhere near them; both online and in-store. A catalogue of errors with no-one taking responsibility and always passing the buck. Unapologetic. The quality was also trash; VERY expensive trash. And they have refused to refund.
