The installation went exceedingly well despite some rather awkward situations to overcome. These were done in a very professional manner. The end result was so good I have given my neighbours an open invitation to come and see if they would like to copy us. There really isn't one part of the job I can say I don't like. Impossible to find honest reviews on this company (Tuindeco/Tuin Log Cabins) online and all reviews on their website are 5*. - really?!) Ordered a Santiago garden storage wooden unit (around £340) so should be decent quality. First one delivered had very damaged packaging and upon opening the first piece of timber was damaged. Where can I start with this company; our experience of them is not very good at all. Their after sales customer service is practically non-existent. They have to be the most difficult company that I have dealt with after placing an online order.I won’t go into the specifics of what can only described as a nightmare transaction after I ordered in good faith.
