This is a lovely small and modern studio in Maida Vale. The atmosphere is serious, the teachers are very serious, so you have to be quite serious, too! I love the calm of the classroom and the discipline of this type of yoga. I have learned so much just by focusing on the smaller movements, and it has helped me immensely with other types of yoga. I brought one of these when they first came out and I was at my slimmest. It tones parts of your body that you dont expect. The over hang on my tummy started to disappear. You can spend 10 minutes a day to a hour each day or a few times a week and you will see results. The good points about this peice of equipment is you can shove it under the bed.
