My order was posted through my next door neighbours letterbox - it is a empty house so i cannot get my order. I advised this by email and got told basically that it isn't their problem. I rang trading standards who advised that it is their problem and they have to refund or replace. They still won't. I bought a pack of 5 Lee Copper pants. Out of the 5 only 4 were the correct size. I got onto "Customer services" and was give the run around for 6 weeks. All they kept doing was asking for the same information time and time again. Everything was going well, until a buyer and I needed support… the courier damaged the box in transit and the seller reported part of the package was lost and damaged. She contacted Vinted and their suggested response was to return the now incomplete and damaged items to me, which we both thought was ridiculous. We bought an expensive garden furniture which was sold as being Kettler, although on arrival it did not have anywhere labelled as Kettler. After a few days we got hold of customer service, who assured us that this is still genuine Kettler even though nowhere it says so - not on the furniture or instructions. We kept it - big mistake!
