After having no real contact the last couple of years I made contact near the time of renewal and had a disastrous phone call with the first person. I explained that I would need to ring back when I was calmer but I hadn't decided to take the insurance out with them again yet or what I was going to do. They renewed it without checking with me and and the quote they gave me was £20 higher a month than anywhere else :-( but because I they had renewed it anyway I am now tied in. I rang them to speak to them about it and and when I got through to someone they couldn't get me through to the right department and they would ring me back within 24-hours.that was 4 days ago. I am classed as vulnerable and yet I feel like I've been completely taken advantage of
