After buying a 658 R expresso, it mal-functioned from day 1. The coffee holder sticks in machine, only the handle ejects. Consequently your hands are covered in used coffee getting it out. Also the cream is negligible on coffee. Be aware the water holder is also small and it wont hold a large cup. I contacted Delonghi who took 4 days to reply then after a further 4 days asked for more information. The service is terrible, I asked for a full refund including postage?
