From The Minute We Arrived, 2 Boys And 2 Adults, W

From the minute we arrived, 2 boys and 2 adults, we had a fab time, we booked last minute and we couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel. The location was superb, a couple of steps to the beach. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile. The food was excellent and never failed to find something nice to eat even with 1 fussy child. The pool area was busy but always able to find a sunbed, pools cleaned every day. The hotel was very clean and we had clean towels every day and the sheets changed twice a week or on request. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely go again.

If You Can Only Afford A 3 Star Hotel, I Wouldn't

If you can only afford a 3 star hotel, I wouldn't recommend the Hotel Miami in Ibiza. Go self-catering. The food was awful. We ate out 6 out of 7 nights. There were also sun lounger hoggers around the pool. People (mainly the English) had no respect for anyone or anything. The resort of Es Cana is nothing special. Santa Eulalia is far classier. Es Cana is a mini Blackpool, serving Blackpool food in the restaurants, and full of people who go to Blackpool. Not sure about the rest of the year, but there seems to be a seaweed problem in October, as there was tons of the smelly stuff washing up on the beaches.

We Have Been To Es Cana In Ibiza Once Before And R

We have been to Es Cana in Ibiza once before and really enjoyed our holiday. We stayed in a two star hotel (Hotel Caribe), and it was a lot better than we expected it to be. This year however, we decided to try a three star. On arrival, the Hotel Miami seemed nice, and our room was clean, and fairly basic with adequate storage, a TV, and air conditioning. The latter two are why I think this hotel has its three stars, because it was all downhill from there. The food is repetitive and of average quality, and the waiting staff in the restaurant were unhelpful, leaving dirty plates to stack up high on tables, and not filling up empty juice and coffee machines. We stayed in June, and it seemed as though the hotel was almost, if not completely full. The staff could not cope with the number of people, and so customer service suffered. The evening entertainment was below average, if not poor, and we found ourselves leaving the hotel most nights to find better entertainment within Es Cana's many pubs and bars. Es Cana itself is lovely, with something to do for all ages.

We will definitely be going again, but we will never stay in the Hotel Miami again.
