If I've worn a Zara top ONCE since being given it as a Christmas gift, and upon having it dry cleaned the colour has run and the stones have come away from the necklace, what are my rights, and what is the likelihood of getting the money back from Zara?

I took a pair of trousers back to Zara some months after purchase, as they had started tearing as a result of a mis-positioned rivet. I had to listen to a whole lot of nonsense from the sales assistant about why the fault had occurred, but I bit my lip and didn't debate it, and he eventually replaced the item (the second pair also tore, which raises questions about Zara quality overall). I would certainly try for money back, or settle for a credit note.
