Visited the tkmaxx shop in New Cross 19/12/2015 9.30 am Purchased a globe, shop assistant was about to bubble wrap item, manager stopped her saying we will only wrap glass, but you can buy a carrier bag, told the manager that would not protect the item, she then offered to cellotape the globe, when i pointed out that this would damage the item, the manager shrugged her shoulders. What type of manager would purposely damage a item. Shop assistant was apologising Totally useless manager
