I purchased several pairs of designer socks from TK Maxx. I had worn one pair once before and when putting on for the second time, a hole in the toes had a appeared on the seam. I sent my receipt and picture of the socks and was told that I would have to travel to a store to prove it was a manufacture issue and not caused by me. I had the socks two weeks and worn them once. the very fact that I bothered to contact them, should have at least said sorry, but no, prove that we are at fault otherwise stick it....
