Bought 2 dresses online last week. Arrived, one faulty and the other the wrong size sent. Sent them back the following day in the same parcel. Had email this morning telling me they have processed refund for one of the dresses. Called customer service and told them that the parcel contained 2 dresses and was told that I had to prove that there was 2 dresses in the parcel before they would refund me!! Have been reading reviews and apparently Hobbs make a habit of doing this on a regular basis. Never again will I order from them
