Made my first click and collect order at F&F recently and 5 days later no text or email confirmation of delivery to store. Yodel tracking details said order had been delayed although an attempt of delivery had been made and card left! Contacted F&F customer service and finally told items had arrived at store a few days ago. I had expected to pick up on way back from work 15 miles away. As it was now the weekend I had to go buy locally. When I asked who to complain to about the poor service the operator just hung up. Won't be ordering from them again!

Exactly my experience with them - Tesco F&F Click and Collect is a turkey company who cannot deliver what they promise. I have today totally wasted over 2 hours on another wild goose chase to pick up my "next day" delivered item from the store (ordered over 2 days ago) AND IT WAS NOT THERE AGAIN "oh but try again tomorrow" Yes I am really going to walk 2.5 miles again tomorrow just to tesco.. of course not you can't trust them. FED UP WITH THIS USELESS AND LYING COMPANY.

Women's 'lace trim satin camisole' pyjama set top and shorts are beautiful! Such nice quality and fit!

I loved the detail of the lace and I paired them with F&F's faux fur trim mule slippers in dark brown and the colours matched perfectly! Very comfortable to sleep in and to lounge about the house! The delivery was super speedy and only took about 2 days! Highly recommend to all! The only thing that was a bit annoying buying online from Tesco is that I tried 30 odd different online vouchers to save some money and even though they were correctly copy and pasted in the checkout section they were not applied and kept on saying 'not valid' (when the date wasn't up) and 'does not meet voucher terms' when it did!
