You might think it would be risky buying a formal dress from a website and over the phone when you have never seen it, but my dress arrived from The Doll House with no troubles. They honoured their exchange policy when the first dress didn't suit me, and the second one came a few weeks later and was perfect. Great customer service from the girls at the Bexley shop. I bought my dress for a last minute engagement party through the phone, they were amazing and helped me out with the dress I wanted. I needed the dress by Saturday and I ordered it on a Monday and it was delivered by Thursday. Amazing service and fast delivery, couldn’t be more happier

Dollhouse is always my first stop for dresses! Always set to amazing and stand out from the crowd. Great service and top quality of dresses. Great with buying online and in-store. I have bought from them for my graduation, 21st and weddings.

I found what I thought was the perfect wedding dress online. It was on special for $100-. I called to arrange purchasing, I was told it was out of stock but to come in and be measured and they would custom make it, wow, that would be great I said yes even for the ridiculous increase in price of $500- I agreed because it was so beautiful in the photos and custom made, ok worth the extra price. What a load of rubbish. Custom made, hahahah, what liars, they even tried to cover their lie, I asked for white lining instead of nude but when I picked the dress up they said the dress maker decided nude would be better, the staff are obviously well trained at lying. After many calls that don't connect, mind you they don't have an answering machine (no wonder) The dress came a few days before the wedding it was all scrunched up and I had to have it dry cleaned to remove the crinkles. It had tags so obviously it wasn't custom made, it was made in China from cheap fabric, even the dry cleaner commented on the poor quality and told me factory produced not custom made after he read the tags on washing instructions. Not even high quality factory produced. Poorly designed. My goodness, it didn't fit well at all and was worth $5- not $500- but because it was a few days before the wedding I made do and what a mistake that was. I wish I had of put the dress in the bin and worn a potato sack. I have to honesty say because of that dress I was the ugliest bride in the world. I have not one single nice photo because the dress was so poorly made and designed it did nothing for my shape. I'm so upset, this was my wedding day, I should of shone but instead I wanted to hide. I was so embarrassed on my wedding day and even today I hate the photos to the point were I want to get re-married to my husband just so I can wear another dress and be beautiful. From the other complaints I have read 'THE DOLL HOUSE' should be sued by each one of us and the department of fair trade should shut them down so no-one else experiences the disasters we have experienced. I am certainly going to put in a complaint to fair trade and get a refund, that can't possibly make up for the terrible experience but at least I have stood up against a business that should not be in operation.

The girls are extremely wonderful to deal with and helpful. I had 2 in store appointments for my bridesmaids and they both went so well. I had made a deposit on the dresses and I was able to pay whenever I needed to over the phone. The girls are a real asset to the store always bubbly and always helpful. The dresses available are stunning and they are more then accommodating to tweak the dresses for personal comfort and style.

Purchased my engagement dress from here and it was stunning. The matierial on the dress and the design was out of this world and received so many compliments. As I was so flustered with organising the staff at top ryde were amazing and really helped me. There experience and knowledge allowed to really feel comfortable and happy. Recommend anyone to check this place out and they work with your budget. My mother also got her dress and shoes AND belt from here. Everything we got really complimented our look and was really of high quality. Absolutely love this store and the designs are endless.

I purchased my bridesmaids dresses online for my upcoming shine wedding and the entire team was AMAZING! They helped me narrow down colors that would match my theme best and made me really confident in my decision to choose them! The girls dresses are AMAZING! There were a few hiccups with the final design, but they are taking care of it and the customer service is impeccable! I will choose the again for future events!
