I booked carpet cleaning session online from their website. I received an email and a text to confirm the appointment. The crew arrived on time and they were courteous, efficient and very careful not to damage my furniture or walls. The results were terrific. The only problem I had was with the payment but they refund the overcharge within a week. I'll use them again when I need a carpet cleaning again.
